Anyone who is familiar with the stock market knows that two human emotions drive the market: fear and greed. In a quiet market, the emotions are subtly manifested. A bull or rising market is driven by a natural desire for gain which only becomes extreme greed when a stock or a market is rising quickly. When a stock or a market turns down, people may panic and fear drives them to sell. That fear is by far the stronger emotion is seen when a market correction or crash happens and a year’s gains may be wiped out in a couple of days.
Despots and propagandists have known that fear, when under their control, gives them control of the people. The art of using fear has been perfected in academia through the fields of psychology and political science. Propaganda is the tool for delivery of fear and the mainstream media, the press, are the delivery mechanism.
Project Veritas known for its undercover operations in getting to the truth behind organizations and issues, recently recorded a technical director from CNN bragging about how CNN was instrumental in bringing down Trump. Veritas has published their work in a series of videos presented below. I have copies of them should Google suppress them.
The first video titled “PART 1: CNN Director ADMITS Network Engaged in ‘Propaganda’ to Remove Trump from Presidency” reveals CNN as a purely propaganda network rather than a news network. The recordings are noisy so translations in the form of subtitles are provided. One things to note is how they describe ‘fear’ as one of their tools. The other is that the network is shifting away from COVID-19 fear back to climate fear.
“Our next thing is going to be climate change awareness,” Chester said, appearing to pledge continued activism over journalism. “Fear sells.”

Months ago I wrote how brilliant the strategy was of using fear of dying from COVID-19 to entice a population to give up its basic rights and freedoms willingly, in Playbook: The COVID Pandemic. Others have recognized the of fear by those on control[2].
Below is another video that gives you a true understanding of facts of COVID-19 and the use of fear to motivate people. You will see why Canada and Doug Ford in particular, are taking a disastrous, wrong approach to the disease management.
