As usual, I took a detour and ended up writing this article: False Flag Events. It is found under psyops>justification>false-flag-events on the main menu. However, in this post I want to devote more time to the musical theme.

***

Of T. S. Elliot’s Four Quartets, my favourite is ‘East Coker’; in particular, the passage:

I said to my soul, be still, and wait without hope
For hope would be hope for the wrong thing; wait without love,
For love would be love of the wrong thing; there is yet faith
But the faith and the love and the hope are all in the waiting.
Wait without thought, for you are not ready for thought:
So the darkness shall be the light, and the stillness the dancing.

One might be reminded of the classic ‘Dark Night of the Soul‘ by the 16th-century Christian mystic and poet, St. John of the Cross.

So what prompted this little digression? It was an algo gift, a pieces of music – new to me – by Ola Gjeilo who wrote ‘The Lake Isle’ which I gave you recently. Before I give you this piece, however, I think it appropriate to preface it with an earlier work by Gjeilo, ‘Dark Night of the Soul’ for string quartet, piano, and chamber choir. The ending is disturbing … inconclusive.

The new piece is ‘Luminous Night of the Soul’. It’s a lovely piece that resolves the first. I will give you the lyrics before the music:

Long before music was sung by a choir,
Long before silver was shaped in the fire,
Long before poets inspired the heart,
You were the Spirit of all that is art.

You give the potter the feel of the clay;
You give the actor the right part to play;
You give the author a story to tell;
You are the prayer in the sound of a bell.

Praise to all lovers who feel your desire!
Praise to all music which soars to inspire!
Praise to the wonders of Thy artistry
Our Divine Spirit, all glory to Thee.

(Charles Anthony Silvestri)

O guiding night!
O night more lovely than the dawn!
O night that has united
the Lover with his beloved,
transforming the beloved in her Lover.

(St. John of the Cross)

And now the music:

… the dancing.

The POOG

I started a blog in 2011 called The POOG, an acronym for "pissed off old guy". This is the current incarnation.
