In 2011 I started a blog using WordPress software. In 2017 I managed to blow it up and through negligence couldn’t recover it. Much of it can still be found on the Wayback Machine. The last few years of its existence I went to a news reporting format with the above title.

In July 2020 I rebuilt my site, changing the format somewhat. By then WordPress had become a full content management system offering online store and other advanced functionality. My site now consists of fixed pages accessed through the top menu, and blog article accessed through the same menu. The fixed page structure has allowed me to create dynamic content in a book-like format (5 top categories broken down into topics and articles under the topics). The most heavily developed (sub)topic is COVID-19.

Developing a topic is more like writing a book. It’s developed over time as material accumulates either by addition or modification of already written material. Some topics remain ‘under construction’ for months. Because I research material deeply trying to work only from original sources, a complete article can take anywhere from a few days to weeks to complete. This isn’t great for developing readership.

Starting today, I’m gong to produce shorter articles more frequently. Hopefully they will have some persistence in their value to you the reader. Over time, I’ll introduce you to some of the best sources that I follow.

Greg Hunter is an ex-CNN journalist schooled in the old style of real reporting. He was on YouTube where he built up a following that I believe was in the millions. And then, as with all truth speakers, he was deplatformed. He has his own site, USAWatchdog where his material is now found. He also publishes on Rumble.

He conducts Wednesday and Saturday interviews with a range of guests who are all highly informed. On Fridays he does a weekly news wrap-up. Subscribe and you get email notification of the broadcasts with links.

This week he interviews Clif High. Clif is an ex-Microsoft software engineer that built what I would call an AI system. His systems measures the emotional content of words in published material allowing him to make uncanny trend projections. He’s into a lot of weird stuff but I’ve followed him for years.

Smart people listen to others and extract benefit without needing to agree with everything the person says or believes. I believe that this is you so this is for your consideration:

As a comment, Clif has created a very short time-frame for you to evaluate the accuracy of his prediction. He forecasts a major event or set of events that will upset the power structure by early September. Also, he predicts a dieoff beginning around march 2022. Put the word “Devolution” on your radar.

The POOG

I started a blog in 2011 called The POOG, an acronym for "pissed off old guy". This is the current incarnation.
