Dr. Gilbert Doctorow is a professor whose specialty is Russian affairs. I like his analysis because he will often put forward views that are not quite mainstream. This allows one to extend their understanding of issues that many of my other sources have a more common perspective on. He has a precise manner of speaking which I value highly. Here is a most recent interview with Nima Alkhorshid (a name that should become familiar to you as an extremely good interviewer).
