Dolores cannon developed a technique of hypnotic regression that allowed clients to recall experience from previous incarnations. Over many years and thousands of clients, she created a body of knowledge that explains much of what goes on in the earth plane.
In the following video (27:30 minutes), Dolores introduces herself. Among other things she mentions the three waves of souls coming into the earth plane to assist in the spiritual transformation of the earth that is under way. Edgar Cayce speaks of the very same phenomenon.
Starting at about 23:00, she gives a set of exercises to do before sleeping to establish communication with the higher self.
