At the root of Gnostic cosmology is the Monad. Here is a video (15:42 minutes) that describe the Monad and the creation that emanated from it. The video is succinct. Many other articles that I post refer to the aspects of what this video covers. For example the Bridal Chamber mentioned is explored in detail in The Gospel of Philip. This video is a beautiful introduction to the entire Gnostic cosmology.
